General

These terms apply to anyone ordering paintings, prints or lessons through vikaart.com, or contacting Viktoriia Bezugla (vikART studio) directly.

Buying finished paintings

You can buy a finished painting by getting in touch with me.

Every painting is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, hand-painted, not a print. Because screens display colour differently, the real painting may look slightly different in person than it does on your monitor — this is normal, not a fault.

If you simply change your mind, you can return a painting within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's undamaged and unaltered. Return delivery is paid by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

Prints (digital files for printing)

Prints are digital files for printing at home. The site shows a visualisation of the piece in an interior; after payment, you receive the file by email.

Prints are currently available to buy within the UK only.

Before we send you the file, we'll ask you to confirm you understand that once you receive it, you lose your right to cancel — as is standard for digital products delivered instantly. This doesn't affect your rights if the file itself is faulty or doesn't match what you ordered.

The file is for personal use and printing only. Copyright in the image remains with the artist.

Art classes

Classes are private and group, in person at four locations in Hampshire (Southampton, Hamble, Brockenhurst, Swanwick).

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, we offer a full refund. Unfortunately, payments are otherwise non-refundable. If you can't attend for any reason, please get in touch — you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend.

Payment and delivery

The method and terms of payment are arranged individually when booking. Paintings are delivered by local or international couriers; delivery isn't included in the price of the work, unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

We try to describe every piece and its condition accurately, but small differences in colour between screen and original are possible due to photography and screen settings.
