What data we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you choose to share with us directly, and basic technical data collected automatically, as described below.

When you contact us yourself — for example, via WhatsApp, email or social media — this may include your name, contact details, a delivery address (if you order a painting or a print), and the content of your message.

We don't use any data-collection forms on the site and don't request this kind of data automatically — only technical data (see below).

Technical data

Like any website, ours automatically logs basic technical information about your visit (such as IP address, device type, date and time) — this is a standard function of the hosting provider, not something we collect ourselves.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts; this involves your browser connecting to Google's servers, which may process your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

The site is hosted outside the UK (in Ukraine), so this technical data may be processed there. It's kept for as long as our hosting provider retains standard server logs, typically no more than a few months, and we only use it as described on this page — never for marketing or shared with third parties.

What we use your data for and why

The only purpose is to reply to your message, discuss an order, a lesson or another question, and, if needed, arrange delivery or payment — this is necessary to respond to you and, where relevant, to fulfil an order you've asked for.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil an order (for example, a courier company for delivering a painting).

How long we keep data

We normally keep correspondence for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete it sooner.
